Pulse is an AI-powered chatbot and CRM platform that enables businesses to manage customer communications, automate responses via AI, and analyze chat histories. The Service may integrate with third-party platforms including Chatwoot, Telegram, and others.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. Accounts may not be shared or transferred.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

5. AI & Automated Messaging

The Service uses AI to generate automated responses. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be accurate, and you are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any automated messages sent to your customers.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
